Overall nice stay on a business trip leaving at 7am. The location incredible and marvellous to business area. Based not far from Maidenhead, the Bar, and hill.

This hotel is a hidden gem just off the beaten track ,excellent staff , beautiful spa area and excellent value compared to some of the larger hotels in the area. It is close to Heathrow airport , M 25 and all major connections.I will definately stay there again.

Had a blast with my friends! We loved playing lawn games and enjoyed some downtime at the spa. Just a heads up, the facilities weren't in perfect shape, so manage your expectations about the spa experience. But overall, we had a fun group getaway!
One friend got pretty sick after dining here, which put a damper on our trip. It's definitely something to be cautious about if you're considering eating on-site.

The restaurant food and service was of the highest quality and the pool was very clean and the water was warm.
The bed was far too soft, we actually had to shift the mattress onto the floor in order to sleep! is there a need for a sprung base as well as a soft mattress? It would be an idea to give customers the option with regards the firmness of the bed.

When we arrived we were offered a free welcome glass of wine which was a nice touch. The hotel was perfectly located for visiting Windsor which we did in the day and dining out in Bray which we did in the evening. Had we not have had a meal booked at a Michelin 3 start restaurant I would have not been disappointed eating in their restaurant as the menu looked very appetising. The spa had great facilities to relax and unwind. We were lucky enough to get a special rate on the room, would have been pricey without but still worth it for the level of service received. Would recommend for couples on short relaxing break.

The food was excellent, and even tho there were limited vegan options, everything was cooked perfectly and super tasty. Our room was a classic twin room and it was really comfy with a nice vibe. The staff were friendly too, always a plus.
the spa was a bit of a letdown since everything was booked up, and the bar area looked pretty outdated and crowded.

Quiet, good rooms.
It has been a year since I last stayed at Fredricks, and little things have changed to the worse: breakfast buffe smaller, breakfast hostess not very friendly and talking to hesrelf, no more fruit at the room, less luxurios amenities in the bathroom. Still OK, but just a slight change.

Lovely staff, very helpful and not Too Attentive, just there when you wanted them Lovely breakfast room opening onto the internal verandah and garden. Lovely bedroom, great bed - loved the mattress and especially the pillows, where do you get them from, just right for my poorly neck, I want to buy them! Very easy to find, and v close to the wedding we were going to
Unfortunately the iron didn't work in our room (room 103?) and I did want to press my dress before going out that evening. Also, my husband had forgotten to pack his bow tie and his cufflinks ... some hotels have reserves of these at reception
